DJ Robinho

Historical biography: the original text below includes an outlook for 2022 and describes the situation at that time. Dear readers, I began my journey as a DJ in 2012 at O'Reilly's Irish Pub in the Old Town of Düsseldorf. Back then, I mainly worked as a bartender. In 2013, alongside my studies in Applied Social Sciences, I started my own small DJ business. My DJ career kicked off with numerous gigs in the mobile sector and regular performances at Devi Skyclub in Krefeld and Bocconcino in Düsseldorf's Media Harbor. In the following years of 2014-2015, I had further appearances in Düsseldorf, including the VOGUE Fashion Night. I quickly gained attention on a national level, leading to performances for renowned companies such as Etienne Aigner AG, FALKE KGoA, and Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the same year. Since 2016, I have been fully dedicated to my profession as a DJ. That year, I achieved a breakthrough when I was recognized as the askCharlie (now Check24) DJ of the Year 2016. This marked the beginning of collaborations with RTL interactive GmbH, Constantin Film AG, and VE Volkslauf Events GmbH. As a special club highlight, I had the privilege of performing at the Music Dome in Kerkrade, the Netherlands. VE Volkslauf Events GmbH organizes the Color Obstacle Rush, a European-wide event combining a Holi Festival with a 5km color obstacle race. In 2016, I served as the main DJ for this event in Gelsenkirchen and Bremen. In Bremen, the host was Paul Bunne, who was working at Constantin Film AG at that time. He engaged me as a DJ for the Saturday evening game show "RTL Crash Test Promis." Two more engagements followed in 2018, this time with comedian Chris Tall for his show "Chris!Boom!Bang!" Since 2017, I have been the main DJ for the Color Obstacle Rush across Germany. In 2018, I also participated in the largest COR event in Paris, which attracted over 10,000 visitors to the main stage. In 2020, events in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Austria followed. I now handle not only the DJ job but also the entire artist booking for DJs, photographers, and presenters at COR events throughout Germany. In 2017, I collaborated with Jay Oh, the winner of RTL's Supertalent 2015, for an engagement at Robinson Club Djerba Bahiya. In 2018, I took my DJ skills to Robinson Club Soma Bay in Egypt. In 2016, due to my success as a DJ, I founded ONE Gastro & Event GmbH and managed Club ONE in Gevelsberg until 2020. The club had a capacity of 400 guests and offered a wide range of musical events, from EDM & Hardstyle parties to Reggaeton & Dancehall events and Mallorca parties, catering to the Gevelsberg region. One of the absolute highlights of my career is the Christopher Street Day since 2019. In 2019, I performed on the RTL truck at CSD in Cologne and at the Katjes Fassin GmbH + Co. KG event in Berlin. The Berlin experience was particularly impressive as we followed the original Love Parade route and celebrated with over 1.2 million visitors. At the end of 2021, I founded my own DJ agency, which you can find at www.dj-agency.de. I collaborate with a select team of experienced and professional DJs for all types of events. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there isn't much more to report about the years 2020 and 2021. However, I am looking forward to the upcoming challenges in 2022. I will be touring Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium again for the Color Obstacle Rush. Additionally, you can find me as part of the DJ lineup at various nightclubs in North Rhine-Westphalia, including Ox in Freudenberg, Verstärker Siegen, and Matrix in Bochum. I will also be involved in other festivals and major events such as Christopher Street Day 2022 with Loonee in Cologne and Berlin, as well as the Campus Festival at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.
